Shipping & Returns


Shipping

Plants ship directly from our nursery, Monday-Wednesday, and are sent through 2nd Day Air or Ground (depending on your proximity to our farm). We ship orders within 2-4 business days of being placed. Once shipped, you can expect your order within 2 days.

If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at variable times, based on availability. 

Shipping cost calculations are based on distance from our farm and quantity purchased.

Returns

Because plants are perishable items, we do not accept returns.

However, we strive for complete satisfaction, so if the item(s) don’t meet your expectations contact us within the first 7 days so that we can make it right. Please include photos of the plant(s) so we can review your concerns and provide you with a one-time replacement, if necessary.

It is at our discretion to determine whether a replacement, refund, or store credit will be issued. Customer neglect (e.g., leaving plants in extreme temperatures, not removing plants from box immediately after delivery, etc.) is not covered by this guarantee.

Damaged Items

If your item(s) arrives severely damaged (beyond minor blemishes & signs of stress), email pictures of the plant and package to hello@sungrove.com within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will review your case and provide either a replacement, refund, or store credit based on the severity of the damage.

Replacements

Please note that if a plant is out of stock we are not able to offer the same plant as a replacement; we will instead offer a refund or store credit.

Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and changes must be made within 8 hours of placing your order. If an order is canceled after it’s packed/shipped, unfortunately, it cannot be changed.
